Return Policy

We know that finding the perfect item can be difficult but unfortunately, at this time we do not
offer refunds for any of our products. We encourage our customers to be sure of their purchase
before buying or if possible, come into our store to try them before buying. We understand this is not accessible for all so in the case there are any issues, exchanges are accepted (see exchange policy below). Receipt must be shown for proof of purchase.

Exchanges

We can offer exchanges on our products for store credit or for something of the same value.
This will be determined on the condition of the item, if there are any signs of wear the exchange will not be accepted. Receipt must be shown for proof of purchase.

Discounted Items

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ALL OF OUR SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS – NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES OFFERED.

Warranty

All products are covered under a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase for any manufacturing issues – receipt will be required for proof of the date of purchase. This does not apply to wear and tear of products.
